Shipping policy

EquiStride Ventures ships from Marshall, Virginia. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

 

Domestic (U.S.) shipping options:

• Free shipping on all orders $50 and over (5–8 business days)

• Standard: $6.90 for orders 0–1 lb, $9.90 for 1–5 lb (3–4 business days)

• Economy: $4.90 for orders 0–5 lb, $19.90 for 5–70 lb (5–8 business days)

 

International shipping is calculated at checkout via DHL Express or USPS.

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before you place your order. You are responsible for the address provided at checkout. If your order has not shipped yet, contact us at macy@equistrideventures.com and we'll make reasonable efforts to correct it, though we can't guarantee that a change can be made.

 

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if a package appears lost or damaged or there is another problem with delivery, contact us at macy@equistrideventures.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
